I’ve been neglecting this website for over a year now.

I haven’t quite figured out what I want to do with this website and how I want to use it, I’m sure it will come to me at some point.

Religion in Science Fiction

So I was trolling online and I came across the following website the author is talking about Religion in Science Fiction and he tackles 7 universes So I am linking to the main index and all 9 entries. Its quite a read and very interesting.

  1. Introduction
  2. Metaphysics of Science Fiction
  3. Dune
  4. Stargate
  5. Star Trek
  6. Doctor Who
  7. Firefly
  8. Battlestar Galactica
  9. Star Wars

FYI – This series is not in any way academic, and I do not believe it was the author’s intent that it would be. Its more along the lines of a fan writing about a certain part of a series.

Summer’s End Update

Well the September is upon us, which to most heralds the back to school. Seeing as I have not left campus all summer I am not ready to go back to school.

All of my goals have been achieved when it comes to my summer work, mainly getting the up and running, well a soft launch, more content is being added by the day! SMUSA is now running Drupal 6, as opposed to its pervious incarnation which was running on some horrible windows server running asp.

Also I got the Saint Mary’s University Drama Society (SMUDS) website up and running. Which is being run on wordpress.
